Trusted Contact Person
We're here to help.
A Trusted Contact Person (TCP) is someone you choose, usually a friend or family member, who we may contact only in certain situations. Their role is to help us reach you or help explain important information.
A TCP cannot make decisions for you and cannot change, renew, or cancel your policy.
Why choose a Trusted Contact Person?
We may contact your TCP only if:
- We cannot reach you during a claim
- There is an emergency
- There has been a bereavement
- We have concerns, such as suspected fraud
In these cases, we only share the essential information needed to resolve the issue.
Choosing a TCP is optional and will not affect your cover.
