How the Customer Portals can help
Easily access documents
Within each Portal, you can easily access essential documentation related to your policy. These include Certs/Discs, Sales, Billing, Claims, Policy Adjustments and more.

You can find all details related to your policy, such as policy cover, figures associated with the policy, an outline of your vehicle and an overview of your policy documents.

How to log in to the Customer Portals
Depending on whether your policy begins with XB or GEI, your Customer Portal login process will be as follows:
XB Policies: If you are already registered for the Customer Portal, simply enter your email address and the password you used during registration. You will then be prompted to confirm the verification code we have sent to your mobile number as part of our MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) security process. Once we have verified your code you will have access for 30 minutes to your account. If you do not have MFA setup, you will not be able to access your account.
GEI Policies: to access the GEI Portal, simply enter the email address and policy number associated with your policy. Once you’ve entered in your details a one-time passcode (OTP), will be sent to the mobile phone number on your policy. This will allow you access to the portal for 30 minutes.
Please note: It may be the case that you have both GEI and XB policies. If so, you'll need to access both Portals independently when looking for particular documents.
How to register for the Customer Portal
If your policy begins with GEI you do not need to register in the GEI Portal - you can access this at any time.
If you have a new or current policy that begins with XB you will need to register in the Customer Portal as outlined below:
- Click on the ‘Register Now’ link in your new policy confirmation email or go to account.redclick.ie.
- Once within the Portal, click ‘Sign up now’.
- Enter your email, create a password, and input your policy number and effective date associated with your policy.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and click 'Sign Up'
- We will send you a confirmation email with a validation code to activate your account, click the link in the email we sent you to validate it's you.
- We will also ask you to enter a mobile phone number to help verify your identity as part of MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) via SMS. This is to provide secure access at future login.
