Switch and Save Home Insurance Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Existing RedClick private car insurance customers who have received the ‘Home Cross Sell Marketing Email’ as a result of being opted in to RedClick email marketing communications, will receive a retail voucher to the value of €40 plus up to 35% discount on home insurance when purchasing a new home insurance policy online from 18th February 2026 to 31st March 2026 (Midnight). Vouchers will be emailed to eligible customers within 40 days of their home insurance policy start date.

Up to 35% discount includes;

• Up to 25% No Claims Discount (NCD) is a discount applied to the price of your insurance premium if you and any members of your household have not made a claim on your home insurance policy, and hold, 5 or more consecutive claims free years.  The no-claims discount, ‘period of insurance’ means one year from the beginning of the policy to the first renewal date, and then each year between renewal dates. Subject to minimum premiums and applied before optional covers. Subject to our Underwriting Acceptance criteria and policy terms and conditions.
• Up to 10% Online Discount is a discount that applies to new customers purchasing a new home policy only. Maximum discounts apply; Buildings cover discount €40, Contents cover discount €15, Buildings & Contents cover discount €55. Subject to minimum premiums and applied before optional covers. Subject to our Underwriting Acceptance criteria and policy terms and conditions.
• Discounts are applied on a reducing scale basis. 

The up to 35% discount is the 25% RedClick No Claims Discount (the "NCD") plus the 10% Online discount (the “Online Discount”) and the €40 retail voucher promotion (the “Voucher Promotion”) and are all separate offers. To avail of the Voucher Promotion, the No Claims Discount and Online Discount, you have to fulfil the terms and conditions of each offer. If you fulfil only one set of terms and conditions, you may avail of one offer only.

Terms and Conditions of the Voucher Promotion

Definitions:

• Promotion – Refers to a temporary offer made available by RedClick to be availed of during a specified time.
• Discount – Refers to a reduction that can be applied in respect of a policy of insurance which is subject to specific terms and conditions and can be any of the following: Online Discount, Multi policy discount (MPD), No Claims Discount (NCD), Security Alarm Discount or Smoke Detector Discount.

This Voucher Promotion is a Promotion from RedClick, who acts as the promotor. The Voucher Promotion is managed by Scream Limited t/a WIN | WIN (Argyle Square, Morehampton Road, Dublin 4) (“WIN | WIN”), a third-party rewards company, in conjunction with RedClick.

Voucher Promotion

• This Voucher Promotion is only open to existing RedClick private motor customers with a policy beginning with prefix ‘QMP’, ‘QMB’ or 'XB' purchasing a new RedClick home insurance policy (an ‘Eligible Home Policy’).
• This Voucher Promotion is not open to (i) customers purchasing or renewing a motor policy (ii) RedClick policyholders who are renewing an existing RedClick home policy or (iii) RedClick employees.
• This Voucher Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion. The only other Discounts that can be used in conjunction with this Voucher Promotion are listed above under ‘Definitions: Discount’.
• You must have obtained a quote at www.redclick.ie for an Eligible Home Policy between the 18th February 2026 to 31st March 20265 (midnight) (the ‘Online Quote’).
• You must buy the Eligible Home Policy directly from RedClick using the quote reference number generated within the quote validity period (seven days from quoting). If you purchase your policy through the RedClick call centre, you must provide the call centre agent with your online quote reference number to avail of this Voucher Promotion.
• The Eligible Home Policy must remain active beyond the first 14 working days of the Eligible Home Policy start date (the '14 Day Period') in order to qualify for the Voucher Promotion. If the Eligible Home Policy does not remain active beyond the 14 Day Period, you will no longer qualify for the Voucher Promotion and will not receive any vouchers.
• All vouchers supplied as part of the Voucher Promotion have different terms and conditions, as provided by the participating partners. Before making a voucher selection, please check the terms and conditions which are specific to the voucher you wish to choose.
• You will be sent an email from RedClick within 40 days of the Eligible Home Policy start date in accordance with these terms and conditions. The email will contain a link to access the voucher(s) of your choice to the value of €40 (the ‘Voucher Confirmation Email’).
• You must click on the link in the Voucher Confirmation Email within 90 days of the date the Voucher Confirmation Email is sent to you. The link in the Voucher Confirmation Email will bring you to WIN | WIN’s website, (the “Gifty Portal”) where you can select the vouchers of your choice to the value of €40. You can view, download or print your vouchers within WIN | WIN’s Gifty Portal. Use of WIN | WIN’s Gifty Portal is subject to WIN | WIN’s terms and conditions, which you should review carefully and can find here.
• 90 days after the date the Voucher Confirmation Email is sent to you, the link will deactivate, and the vouchers will not be available for use or issued separately.
• RedClick will not be held responsible for your failure (i) to click on the link to access and download, print or otherwise save your voucher(s) within 90 days of the date the Voucher Confirmation Email is sent to you or (ii) to redeem your voucher(s) before the expiry date of the voucher(s).
• Each voucher is valid for 12 months and the 12-month validity period begins on the date you generate the voucher by clicking on your retail voucher of choice within the Gifty Portal. The voucher will have the expiry date displayed and must be used in full before this expiry date.
• Should you be ‘declined’ a policy by RedClick, you will not be eligible for this Voucher Promotion.
• Standard Underwriting acceptance criteria applies. RedClick reserves the right to refuse insurance cover.
• No substitute or alternative vouchers will be available. Vouchers are not transferable for cash.
• Breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Voucher Promotion. The decision of RedClick in this matter will be final.
• Neither WIN | WIN nor RedClick will be liable, severally or jointly, or have any responsibility, for lost or stolen vouchers.
• RedClick reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Voucher Promotion at any time.
• WIN | WIN does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for: a) Any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system server, provider, delivery service or otherwise which may result in email information being lost or recorded and you hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from such problems. b) Injury or damage to any person upon delivery or use of a voucher supplied pursuant to this Voucher Promotion.
• To the extent permitted by law, RedClick shall not be liable for any loss, claim, expense or liability to any party arising from the Voucher Promotion or participation in same.
• Nothing in these Voucher Promotion terms and conditions affects RedClick’s right to cancel any policy in accordance with the terms and conditions of that policy.
• As participation in the Voucher Promotion is at the discretion of a voucher provider, RedClick cannot guarantee that the voucher providers listed will be available at all times for selection on WIN | WIN’s Gifty Portal.
