General Terms

• This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the Republic of Ireland. Proof of age and residency may be required.
• Employees of RedClick (Generali Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A. – Irish branch), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.
• To enter the competition, entrants must answer the online poll on Jo Linehan’s Instagram account
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of any prize. The Promoter’s decision will be final.
• By entering, the entrants grant the Promoter and Jo Linehan the right to publish their name to disclose the results of the competition.
• The information provided by entrants to enter the competition, including personal data, will be used by the Promoter to run the competition including contacting the winner.
• The prize consists of one annual membership for RedClick dublinbikes. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative
• One winner will be selected at random from eligible participants in Jo Linehan’s Instagram poll.
• The competition closes at 23:59 on Sunday 18 May 2025. The winner will be contacted via Instagram on Wednesday 21 May 2025.
• If positive contact with the selected winner cannot be established within 12 hours of initially attempting to contact the selected winner, or the selected winner is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner’s name may be shared by Jo Linehan and the Promoter to announce the result.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta.

Prize Fulfilment

• The winner will receive a discount code to redeem one year of RedClick dublinbikes membership. Instructions will be provided.
• Once activated, the membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
• Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or gifted.
• Each code has an expiry date and must be used before that date. The Promoter is not responsible for unused or expired codes.
• Please follow redemption instructions carefully. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrectly applied codes.

Liability and Changes

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes any and all liability whatsoever and howsoever arising from the entrants’ participation in the competition and, if applicable, from the entrants’ use of the RedClick dublinbikes service. Any such use of the dublinbikes service is entirely at your own risk and in no event shall the Promoter be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, injury, or damage including without limitation loss of income, data or other information as a result of the use of RedClick dublinbikes service.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any difficulties experienced in entering this competition, or for entries not received due to technical issues, or for lost or stolen discount codes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to Meta.
