We cannot accept behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or unreasonable. This may include:
- Threats or abusive language
- Rude, offensive, or aggressive behaviour
- Excessive or persistent demands
If a conversation becomes inappropriate, our staff may politely end it. This will only happen in rare cases and after every effort has been made to resolve the situation.
If the behaviour continues, we may need to limit contact. Any restrictions will be carefully considered, fair, and proportionate, and only after reviewing the service provided.
